*Credit Card required to secure reservation. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted
*A Deposit (less of $100 or half the total charge) is required *14 Day notice of cancellation is required for deposit refund
*10 Days prior to arrival, Balance of Rental will be charged
*Cancellations made with less than a 10 day notice will be charged the FULL original amount
*There is a 2 night minimum required for reservations *One night stays
are only available if unreserved day before expected arrival *There is an additional $15 charge for ONE NIGHT stays
*Tenants are responsible for damages to property *Check-in is generally 3pm
*Check-out is at 11 am All 5 Lil Green Acres locations are "No Smoking". Additional charge of a minimum of $50 will be incurred for violations of this policy.
